Fall is here! This time of year I love to bake. The smell of cinnamon and fresh apples baking in the oven just make me overjoyed for Autumn. These are easy treats that will bring the fall taste of the season in one bite. You could use red or green apples, but I always prefer granny smith’s for this recipe. This recipe is ideal for the kids to help make with you. And if your kids are anything like my boys, they always want to help in the kitchen. These apple bites are a perfect dessert for your book club or a fall potluck. To add a little more jazz, you could drizzle caramel sauce on top once the apple bites have cooled.
