It’s the first weekend of fall! In my book, that means you can’t get enough pumpkin! My family and I try to make as many delicious, yummy pumpkin treats as we can each fall. The problem is my husband and I are trying to eat low carb. Don’t get me wrong, we still make the occasional carb-filled dessert. I have tried my hardest though this year to come up with creative ways to curve the sweet treat cravings but still enjoy our favorite fall flavors. I whipped up these fun treats this weekend. It has stay around 75 degrees as a high the past few days. So in the afternoon, it’s nice to sit outside with one of these popsicles and enjoy! Not only are they low carb but also dairy free.
