This Thanksgiving is quite odd for us. We are still thankful for all that we are blessed with but we are moving at the beginning of next week so having all the kitchenware available needed for Thanksgiving was a bit impossible. We had thought about just forgetting the holiday and make a thanksgiving feast later but our boys had such a disappointed look on their face when we were discussing it. And if you know my hubby and I, we just can’t disappoint our kiddos. We decided well we would have one, it would just be tiny. So I ran to Safeway early Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving to buy all the trimmings.

All I’m gonna say is one word….INSTAPOT! Thank God for the Instapot.

I was able to cook a majority of the thanksgiving feast in it and not only did it turn out great, it saved so much clean up. Honestly, after doing it this way this year. I might just do it this way from now on. I was able to cook the Turkey Breast and potatoes in it. Then, all I had was the rolls and green bean casserole to finish in the oven. And thank you Costco for such amazing pies! That saved a ton of time too!

So if you are looking for a quick and easy Thanksgiving feast without a ton of cleaning…use your Instapot!
