Loaded Italian Sausage Keto Quiche

Keto diets are a hard thing to keep up on. Especially, when everywhere around you when you’re on the go is so much easier to pick up a burger and fries than to come home and cook a low carb meal. I try to stay on top of eating healthy even when all of the delicious temptations are in front of me. So this recipe is quick and easy to throw together, as well as you’ll get in your daily veggies and stay low carb. And if you have kiddos that are extremely picky eaters, like mine, they will even approve!

Loaded Italian Sausage Keto Quiche

Cook Time: 40 mins

Total Time: 50 mins

Servings: 8 slices

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of olive oil

1lb of Italian Sausage

1 bunch of asparagus, diced

1/2 cup of onion, diced

1 cup of mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced

4-5 cloves of garlic

5 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1 cup of sharp cheddar

1/2 cup of Parmesan, shredded

1 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of black pepper

2 Tbsp of Jalapeño juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9-inch deep pie dish and set aside.

In a large skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil. Brown Italian Sausage, then add asparagus, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic and sauté.

In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and jalapeño juice. Whisk together! Then add in sharp cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Fold in meat and veggie mixture. Once well combined, pour into your deep pie dish. Bake for 30 mins or until edges are golden brown. Serve!
