DIY Valentine’s Wreath

I enjoy making wreaths for all seasons. I feel it brings festivity to my home with a decorative wreath on the front door. I was able to put together this wreath with minimal supplies and able to get all supplies from the Dollar Tree. The cost for all supplies was less than $5. Can’t beat that, right?!? So check out below on how to make a fun and festive Valentine’s Wreath.

Valentine’s Wreath

You’ll Need:

Red Poster Board

12 pack of Large Foam Hearts

Small Foam Hearts

Valentine’s Wired Ribbon

Valentine’s Decorative Ribbon (varied widths)

Hot Glue Gun

Scissors

Hole Punch

Large Dinner Plate

Salad Plate

How to:

On your red poster board, trace the outline of the large dinner plate. Then, in the inside of the dinner Plate outline trace the salad plate. Cut out pattern from poster board. This is your wreath base.

Taking the 12 pack of Large Foam Hearts, place them around the base. Hot glue Hearts onto the poster board. Next, place the smaller hearts sporadically around the wreath. Hot glue into place.

Using the Wired Valentine’s ribbon, make a bow for your wreath. Hot Glue bow into place. Using your hole punch, punch two holes at the top of wreath. String Valentine’s decorative ribbon through holes and knot the ends of ribbon together. Hide knot on the back of wreath. The decorative ribbon will be your wreath hanger. Add finishing touches and decor to wreath and it is complete.
