Need a new idea for Poek Chops? I love a Fried Pork Chop just as much as any other southern lady but to eat those all the time would be completely unhealthy. I oven bake them,to give a slight taste of a breading. It satisfies my craving for fried food and it doesn’t feel as heavy on your stomach too. I made Garlic Parmesan Broccoli to compliment the flavor on the pork. The broccoli will be slightly al dente with cook time. If you prefer your vegetables to be softer, cook additional 10 mins. You can serve with any starch of choice. I served mine with mashed potatoes. Check this recipe out and you won’t leave the table unhappy.
