Tis the Season! Start your holiday morning off with something scrumptious. These pancakes are easy to make and will satisfy anyone’s holiday taste buds.
Gingerbread Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins
Yield: 10 pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 Tbsp of molasses
2 eggs
4 Tsbp of butter, melted
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 of milk
For Syrup
1 cup of maple syrup
2 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, molasses, 2 eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and milk.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Batter may be slightly lumpy.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan, a 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
For cinnamon syrup, mix syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Microwave mixture for 20 seconds.
